Day one “Family Day” Saturday 26th May 2012

Venue - Waterside, Stratford upon Avon, Town Centre

9.00am onwards. Park for free at the racecourse and ride your bike down to the town centre for the Ring O’ Bells Bike Parade

10.00am – Assemble for Ring O’ Bells Bike Parade, free bike checks and bell fitting by Cycle Studio.

11.00am – The Fantastic 3Sixty Stunt bike team give a taste of their amazing stunt displays.

11.30am – The totally original “Puncture Kit” bike drummer Dave displays his unique skills – a must see!

12.00pm - Waterside, the Start of the “Ring O’ Bells” Bike Parade, next stop Stratford Racecourse!

11.00pm – Festival opens for retail and refreshments.

12.10pm - Onwards - Riders on the Ring O’ Bells ride begin to arrive at the Racecourse

12.15pm - Go Ride Racing and skills course for u12’s, U10’s, U8’s and Under 6’s races commence.

12.30pm – Rollapaluza – Roller racing first Race Starts – to book your free place email info@cyclistsfc.org.uk

1.00pm – 3Sixty Bike Stunt Team First Performance – Event Arena

1.30pm – Strider Bike Adventure Zone - fives and under racing on balance bikes!

2.00pm – Puncture Kit – Unique drumming display

2.30pm – 3Sixty Bike Stunt Team Second Performance – Event Arena

3.00pm – Puncture Kit 2

4.00pm – 3Sixty Bike Stunt Team Final Show – Event Area

4.30pm – Puncture Kit 3

5.00pm – Award Ceremony Rollapaluza, Strider Bike, Go Ride and CFC Awards

5.45pm – Ride in Movie Theatre Presents

5.45pm - Wheel Heroes Cycling Documentary – Former Crystal Palace and England Footballer Geoff Thomas and 4 Cancer Survivors Ride the full route of the Tour de France featuring Ian Wright and the CFC trustees. – 2009

7.00pm - Feature Presentation

9.00pm - “Eyes Wide Open” The making of the 2011 Cycle Passion calendar. Who said Cycling wasn’t sexy?

10.00pm – Close down

Day two “Ride Day” Sunday 27th May 2012

Stratford upon Avon Racecourse

6.00am Car park opens in the racecourse central area via Paddock Lane

6.15am Wheel Heroes registration reopens

6.30am – Hot drinks and breakfast snacks available

Bike checks and last minute purchases from Cycle Studio

8.00am Wheel Heroes 100 mile and 100k first of 30 group start Groups of 30 start every 2 minutes

9.10am Last group starts

10.00am Wheel Heroes Lite rides 25 and 10 miles start

10.30am Last group starts

11.00am Finishers begin to return to the racecourse.

Free BBQ for all finishers plus hot and cold drinks, refreshments and massage service available.
